G'day Harry,

Based on your comments re DX vs HOME for other parts of the world, I 
would assume that all VK9 islands as well as ZL7 fall into the HOME 
category for us here in VK/ZL.  These islands are part of Australia/New 
Zealand and residents are Australian/New Zealand citizens.

Ie going to VK9Cocos or ZL7 for a VK2 would not be different to an 
Italian going to CU/C31/HV etc.  In both cases, they remain in their 
HOME territory.

Can you please confirm.
