[WRTC2006] WRTC2010 TL Selection Critiera - Addl. Questions

Nobody has mentioned me yet, but almost all of my qualifying scores for 
prior WRTC team leadership have been from 8P or PJ land.  I continue to 
go to the Caribbean each year (twice planned for 2007) to give out 
multipliers and enjoy the pileups.  I have no big contest station at 
home and suffer also from license restrictions insofar as making high 
qualifying scores from the area where I live.  It appears the rules have 
effectively eliminated me also from becoming a team captain in Moscow. 
Maybe somebody else will let me tag along as their teammate.
