[WRTC2006] WRTC2010 TL Selection Critiera - Addl. Questions

Similar situation is with 12 hours EUHFC.  EU is much smaller than USA and
only stations on the continent edges are wining due to 10/15m propagation.
Rules are very restrictive of SO2R operation and band changes.

For the record, how many other times was the Sprint won from Connecticut?
I think as many as CQWWCW was won from W6 in the last
30 years.  (Once)
