Hi Harry,

there is one major flaw here in the Category order. SOAB-Assisted cannot be
lower category than SOAB. We all know how much you can gain with packet, it
is at least 10% in the score and it is easy to blow away competitors from
SOAB category everything else equal. Just because we think that more serious
guys are in SOAB and for that reason their scores prevail should not be
reason to leave this door open and put SOAB pariticpants in the risk of
someone actually doing Assisted on serious level.

Those two should definitely be reversed in the order as clearly
SOAB-Assisted has adventage over SOAB.
