[WRTC2006] Final Selection Criteria WRTC-2010

Harry,

How about considering the following :

2 teams from W1,W2 and W3, W4 (VA,NC) AND
1 Team from W4 (SC,GA,FL)

W4PA suggested something like this idea on his blog. We have about a ZERO 
percent chance of competing against the W1-W3 stations in New England from 
here in the Southeastern USA. I only know of one station who has ever won 
S/O in a DX contest from this part of the USA - W4AN in CQWW CW.
