[WRTC2006] Selection

Igor, please confirm  that SS and NA Sprint would count for the whole _NORTH
AMERICA_ and not for "U.S. Only".

Also: why would 4-hour Sprint count 750 and 30-hour SS - only 600 points?
Any reason for that?
