[WRTC2006] WRTC2010

It seems we are in Central America. It was the same criteria in WRTC-2006,
but there we had two teams for the region. At the end Team Panama and Team
Mexico competed in Brazil. This time we only have one team for the region.
We have circulated the criteria among our DXXE.org <http://www.dxxe.org/>
members so more XEs will try to qualify, and give more mults in the mean
time, but I receive one question I was not able to answer: in the Category
Factor is LP (low power, we guess) penalized? If WRTC-2010 will be a 100
watt competition seems to me this could be incorrect, or does LP means
something else in the table?

Asunto: Re: [WRTC2006] WRTC2010
Why would someone want to include Sprints in selection criteria?
I can't even imagine where did that idea of counting 4-hour 3-band Sprints
towards WRTC selection come from and why... There are also EU Sprints, why
not (logically) count them too?
Why not count NAQP then, which is all band and has 12-hour format?
Another question - what does "Central American" geographical area mean?
All Caribbean North American countries (like V4, 8P, ZF, etc.) except U.S.
and Canada?
Does Mexico count as Central America?
Thanks.

One question that I have is that there are two SSB sprints and two CW
sprints each year. Can both CW sprints in a given year count, and can both
SSB sprints count in the same year?
