Hi Ramon!
WRTC-2010 will be 100w competition.
LP catelogy factor as 0,7 is our decision to promote real competition
in MAXIMUM categories.

RSV> It seems we are in Central America. It was the same criteria in WRTC-2006,
RSV> but there we had two teams for the region. At the end Team Panama and Team
RSV> Mexico competed in Brazil. This time we only have one team for the region.
RSV>
RSV> We have circulated the criteria among our DXXE.org <http://www.dxxe.org/>
RSV> members so more XEs will try to qualify, and give more mults in the mean
RSV> time, but I receive one question I was not able to answer: in the Category
RSV> Factor is LP (low power, we guess) penalized? If WRTC-2010 will be a 100
RSV> watt competition seems to me this could be incorrect, or does LP means
RSV> something else in the table?

RSV> Why would someone want to include Sprints in selection criteria?
RSV> I can't even imagine where did that idea of counting 4-hour 3-band Sprints
RSV> towards WRTC selection come from and why... There are also EU Sprints, why
RSV> not (logically) count them too?
RSV> Why not count NAQP then, which is all band and has 12-hour format?
RSV>
RSV> Another question - what does "Central American" geographical area mean?
RSV> All Caribbean North American countries (like V4, 8P, ZF, etc.) except U.S.
RSV> and Canada?
RSV> Does Mexico count as Central America?
RSV>
RSV> Thanks.
