However, if you are as good as you rivals from your HOME AREA are, then 
4 "easy" wins are quite a push :)
Igor, thank you very much for your prompt responses. Your time and 
effort are appreciated !

I will get back to you later for some more clarifications as some rules 
are not quite clear to me and maybe for others too.
