ops, sorry! if we have no other choice to change
something, will be better just to wait 2010...
I agree about BEST of the BEST and, maybe
(only maybe) the rules can take those guys
to W-2010.
Even under this way, I still think that something
could be done to improve rules and to make
things easier for foreign people going to Russia.
We wil have 2 x SO1R (or almost like that)
at each WRTC position, and you can imagine
what will be necessary to be TOP 5 at the
end of the contest.
To watch the best guys, we can leave teams
at 2000 WRTC way: not a lot of technology,
but the operators...
Well, congratulations to Harry and friends,
because they have a long way to the WRTC
and I am sure that will be amazing, again !!
I promiss that will not disturb the list again...
