Hi Fellows,
since 1990 always the same when WRTC-Info come up,
talking, talking, talking about rules, criteria etc.
accept it as it is, I have not seen any big error,
it's like in a contest, for one ore a certain area
the rules are perfect and perhaps for others not,
but you participate.
Give the Russian boys a chance, till now they made
a fantastic job!
