I still don't agree with you decision, be in the WRTC commitee is an hard
work and you are doing an excellent one, at least learning from previous
WRTC and leave an opened door for any suggestion is one the improvement that
from the Brazilian event we, as reflector user, was
accustomed

Obviously is a my opinion and as usual can be shared from the Country in the
borders of the areas ... We will live with it ...

Well, what you really mean "strongest contesters possible", so you mean that
only who move mults into a SO2R envioriment is eligible ?  Well if you mean
that a SOSB is not difficult as a All Band ? I can partially agree but
adding a 0.5 SOSB factor insure you to have the best op even giving a chance
to the SOSB guys ..

About Judge i still don't agree regarding the TL selections, in each
competitions the judges are selected and assigned from the commitee,
previous WRTC has a perfect rules, why change them ? We will see a whole of
friendly assigments that could not have the right qualify for a judge ...
( i trust in each TL but friends are friends ... )  Obviously only a
personal opinion.

We had seen several friendly activity in the early WRTC's
