Fabio,

I think you misunderstood my comment. I only asked that GA,SC and FL be 
included in region #2 in NA. I didn't ask for another region for NA. Region 
#1 will be the most competitive by far since W1/W2/W3 historically win all 
the DX contests for the USA.
