Sorry, Scott, I just don't get it. It seems to me that in every major contest, 
there are great stations that go unused in every part of the USA. For years 
before he had his own station, KQ2M was a guest op at several of these stations, 
and always placed at or near the top in the SOAB HP category.

The rules certainly don't say that you can't operate from any DX QTH from now 
until July, 2010 - just that you need to find a non-DX QTH for a mere 4 contests 
over the next 2-3 years.

It would be good for Harry and the committee to clarify what a DX QTH is - A QTH 
that is outside of your selection area, or outside of your country ?
