Bob,

I guess Russians think some LP entries are not genuine ones and considering 
some LP superstars we seem to have nowdays in Europe, IMHO it's a good 
choice.

In RDXC 2006 two LP winners (claimed scores) were moved to a more proper 
category ;-)
