This is the view of one time WRTC visitor (2000) and one time WRTC referee (2002) who has minimal chances to be a competitor at WRTC-2010.

IMHO it is not fair that someone who makes ALL his scores from the remote location gets into competition with guys who work from home location just because he is having the home or callsign in the certain area. To make it more clear, CT1BOH, W2GD and W2SC can still work ALL their contest from CT3, P4 and 8P but in that case the only right thing is to have them represent Africa, South America and Central America at WRTC-2010... This areas MIGHT need more WRTC-2010 slots and now is the right time to make changes if necessary.
