Please find clarifications for HOME AREA and DX QTH.
HOME AREA - a selection area of applicant permanent residence
HOME AREA (for US) - a selection area (within mentioned borthers) of
applicant permanent residence
DX QTH - a QTH ouside of your selection HOME AREA
When the applicant has permanent residence in two or more areas, he
(she) may only represent one of them.
