[WRTC2006] Using somebody else's station for WRTC points

"My WAE CW op had a sudden change of work schedule and will be out of the
country that weekend, so my station is available again.  The station is set
up for SO2R now, but could be changed easily to multi-op.  Use my call or
yours, any class, any number of ops.
