[WRTC2006] CQ WW CC

I  do not know if Bob K3EST ran out of whisky or he is weather dependant it
is out of human's knowledge. But he is full of ideas.

I would like to mention one of the last ones.
 
His  proposal  is  that  those without exact frequency values in their logs
will not be eligible for CQ WW awards anymore. AWARDS, not trophies.
 
If your log does not contain frequency values it means you loose any hope for awards.
